Great place with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and pet-friendly accommodations. The staff kindly helped me find directions on my first stay, and the cleaning staff are always friendly. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The staff was friendly and accommodating during our stay.

I was assigned a room right next to the busiest exit, which made for a very noisy environment. With stomping feet above us and people rushing in and out, both my pup and I barely got any sleep. It's disheartening when you hope for a peaceful night after a long day.

Clean facilities and friendly staff made the stay pleasant. Breakfast options lacked variety and could use improvement.

close to silverwood and comfy beds

The room was clean and had a flat-screen TV, microwave, and comfy beds. Breakfast was basic, with just toast, cereal, and instant oatmeal. Location was great for heading to Silverwood easily! Staff was friendly and the place felt well-maintained. Plenty of parking available too.

It was just a great fit for a short visit in Coeur d'Alene with reasonable value. The staff was outstanding, helping us check in smoothly even during a busy night. Make sure to bring your own coffee if you're picky about it.

The Queen room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of pillows. The location was awesome for hitting up Silverwood, and the beds felt just right after long days. They had a good setup for a family, which was nice. However, the bathroom could use a deeper clean, and it would’ve been great to have better lighting. Check-in was smooth, but getting the key card to work was a bit annoying.

We enjoyed the comfy beds and plenty of parking. Location was great for visiting Silverwood too.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Queen Room non-smoking and had a great experience! The staff was super fun and helpful, really made us feel welcome. Plus, the place was clean, not a single cigarette butt in sight! Just a little letdown with the breakfast variety, could use some improvement.

My previous stay here was fine, but this time exceeded my expectations. The comfy beds and clean environment. Great location and easy access to silverwood park added to the overall positive experience.
